These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Dough Haus platform (the “Service”) provided by Yeongwon (the “Company”, “we”, or “us”). By using the Service, you (the “Member”) agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose
These Terms aim to define the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the Company and Members when using the Dough Haus Service.
2. Definitions
- Service: A SaaS platform that allows Members to upload and arrange images, videos, links, and other types of content on a canvas to express and share their personal or corporate identity.
- Member: An individual or entity who agrees to these Terms and enters into a Service agreement with the Company.
- Subscription: Paid Service features accessed via recurring payments through Paddle (the payment processor).
- Content: All materials uploaded or arranged by Members on the canvas, including images, videos, links, text, and other resources.
3. Effect and Changes to the Terms
- These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Members.
- The Company may modify these Terms within the bounds of applicable law.
- Changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance; if changes are unfavorable to Members, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
4. Membership and Account Management
- Membership registration must follow the procedures set by the Company.
- Members are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords and may not transfer or share them with others.
- The Company may restrict membership or terminate accounts if a Member:
- Provides false information
- Violates these Terms
- Interferes with or abuses the normal operation of the Service
5. Payments and Refunds
- Paid features are offered via recurring payments through Paddle.
- Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes (VAT/GST), and refunds. Local taxes may be included in the payment amount.
- Refunds follow Paddle’s policies, and legal rights in certain countries may take precedence.
- Members may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to Paddle’s refund policy and applicable laws.
6. Content Rights and Responsibility
- Members retain copyright over the content they upload.
- Members must ensure that their content does not infringe on the rights of third parties. Members are responsible for any disputes that arise.
- The Company may use Member content for legitimate purposes such as service improvement, testing, or promotion, while complying with privacy and intellectual property laws.
7. Prohibited Conduct and Service Restrictions
The Company may restrict or terminate Service access without notice if a Member:
- Uploads illegal, obscene, violent, or hateful content
- Infringes on others’ intellectual property rights
- Hacks, distributes malware, or causes system overload
- Violates laws or public morals
8. Disclaimer
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or account breaches during Service use.
- The Company does not intervene in disputes between Members or between Members and third parties; such disputes are the responsibility of the parties involved.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes related to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
